Internships and Job Opportunities
for the 2020 growing season
Now accepting internship applications from any who wish to learn how to grow and market produce using proven, sustainable and regenerative farming methods.
Candidates will work along-side the farmer as they learn all aspects of organic farming; from crop rotation, seed ordering and starting, bed preparation, direct seeding, transplanting, weeding, use of beneficial insects, drip irrigation, mulching, harvesting, washing, storing, marketing and distribution.
Due to our commitment to improving soil health and minimizing our carbon footprint, the labor involved in our operation is almost all by hand, therefore the work can be physically challenging.
Candidates must be ready to work rain or shine and commit to at least 20 hours of work per week during the season.
